`As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks to support the operations of our company. You will work closely with the team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications. Duties are not limited to but may include the following:

• Physical Labor: Engaging in physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment.
• Construction Support: Assisting with construction projects by digging trenches, setting up scaffolding, mixing concrete, and performing other tasks as directed by construction supervisors.
• Assembly and Manufacturing: Working on assembly lines or production floors to assemble products, operate machinery, or perform quality control checks.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleaning work areas, machinery, tools, and equipment. Performing basic maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery or replacing worn parts.
• Loading and Unloading: Loading and unloading materials, goods, and supplies from trucks, containers, or storage areas using hand tools or equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Landscaping and Groundskeeping: Assisting with landscaping and groundskeeping duties such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and maintaining outdoor spaces.
• Warehouse Operations: Sorting, organizing, and storing materials or merchandise in warehouses or storage facilities. Picking and packing orders for shipment.
• Demolition Work: Assisting with demolition projects by dismantling structures, removing debris, and cleaning up demolition sites.
• Assistance to Skilled Workers: Supporting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, or mechanics by providing assistance, fetching tools, or performing simple tasks under their supervision.
• Compliance with Safety Regulations: Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others. Using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Following Instructions: Following instructions from supervisors or team leaders, and communicating effectively with coworkers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility: Being adaptable and willing to perform a variety of tasks as needed, sometimes in different locations or under varying conditions.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with coworkers to accomplish goals and contribute to the overall success of projects or operations.

- Previous experience in a laborer or similar role preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
